⥼ JEEPNEY MARGARITA & FOODTRUCK ⥽
What happens when a mythical Filipino giant gets his hands on a Jeepney? Apparently, he turns it into a mobile kitchen, fires up the flat-top, loads it with Filipino-fusion street food and fills the freezer with margaritas. Meet The Kapre Jeepney Food & Margarita Truck — part food truck, and part mobile bar.
Quite possibly the most fun you can legally park at a party.
Weddings, birthdays, beach parties, corporate events, festivals, private villas or simply a gathering that needs considerably more margarita — The Kapre Jeepney Food & Margarita Truck brings the food, drinks and mischief to you.
We roll up. We fire up. You party.
Parked right under the legendary Balete Tree at The Kapre Restobar and driving across Panglao Island, this pimped-up jeepney isn’t just a feast for your stomach it’s a feast for your eyes. Bright colours, neon lights, and a menu packed with handpicked street food snacks, with icy cold margaritas all served foodtruck-style. The best part? Late-night eats, beats, and maybe… a little supernatural company.
This isn’t a burger van wearing a colourful shirt. The Kapre Jeepney Food & Margarita Truck serves the same slightly rebellious Filipino-fusion attitude you’ll find back at the RestoBar — cooked hot, fast and right in front of you. Think smoky skewers, loaded corned beef hash on brioche, crispy Pulutan Spam Fingers and whatever other trouble our chefs decide to put on the flat-top.
The Kapre’s infamous Frozen Margaritas and Sangria – bring on the Pulutan
Hot Philippine day? We brought reinforcements. The Kapre Jeepney Food & Margarita Truck serves our frozen margaritas straight from the truck — icy, boozy and dangerously easy to drink. Go classic Lime, or try the frozen Sangria.. or do the sensible thing and work your way through both of them.
Brain freeze has never tasted this good.

A mobile Filipino-fusion kitchen and frozen margarita bar built into a classic Filipino Jeepney.
Absolutely you can. We just need you to book well in advance, and understand what package you are looking for from the three options above.
Our main patch is Panglao, Tagbilaran and surrounding barangays. The jeepney is old, and we have to treat her age with a little respect. But drop us a line with your locale and we’ll see what we can do.
We can cater for up to 100 pax remotely. Any more than that and you may as well book the entire Kapre RestoBar, Sports Lair and Jeepney Foodtruck.
You could but the true value of the Kapre Jeepney Foodtruck in the combination of pulutan food offerings with Margaritas and ice-cold beers. Drop us a line and we can discuss options with you.
Yes, you absolutely can, although there will have to be a bespoke charge for bespoke menus based on what you desire to have. The Kapre Restobar acts as a ‘central kitchen’ so a wide variety of dishes and country of origin of dishes can be spun up for you.
Yes, absolutely. Just reach out to us to discuss what you desire and we’ll plan and price accordingly.
Once we’re up and running we would need a minimum of four week’s notice to agree the package, location, number of pax, menu offering and to then plan accordingly. We can be flexible, but the more ‘exotic’ the request, the longer the planning.
